Thursday training.

Hi guys, we have booked the Peninsula Indoor Centre at Woy Woy for training on Thursday between 6 and 7pm. $5 per person please be there early so we can start on time, if you cant make it let Crow'ch know.

If for some miracle we can train on Frost Wednesday we'll do that as well.

Cause we need... 'A little less conversation, a little more action.'
