One more Wednesday run.

As you all should have received a text message from Crow'ch, then all of you would already know we are having one more training game at Frost this Wednesday and as per usual it will be followed by drinks. You would also know to bring your Kincumber jersey so we can return it to the club.

Which would mean I'm wasting my time posting this up.

However, if this is news to you, then my guess is your'e also out of contention for the coaches player award this year.
