What do you think?

Better turn the sprinklers on mate, otherwise it might dry and they'll play soccer on it.

Sorry guys, the esky was loaded, the gear was on, the balls were pumped and so was I.

We are entering our 5th week of the soccer season and some of us may have manged to get 5 hours of playing soccer under our belt and that's including training.

Remember when we trained twice a week and the games were played in the rain. Don't remember higher level of injuries or anyone complaining about the condition of the park. I think the council and the insurance companies are reeducating us on how fragile we are. I agree players are more likely to get injured today, but its because of the lack of fitness.

So it can rain and the council can turn the sprinklers on at the same time but for our own safety don't cancel the game or I'll sue.
